Good app but tired of review requests
20 days and already seeing change. Some of the exercises are literally impossible to do the number of reps they suggest but I just did what I thought made sense.
The has been a great motivation, to keep m on track with my workouts! I have shared with friends.
I like the pictures to describe the proper techniques. And the check list gives me a feeling of accomplishment. Something to keep me coming back!

Its a great challenging app and I have seen results even in the first week- the app just needs to be a little more creative in order to be more motivational.
