Great update version. This is the best fitness app on App Store!
I appreciate this app its very reliable and Id say worth giving a try, only thing Id say that needs work is the scheduling of rest days
Really enjoy this app! Its simple and breaks down the exercises step by step
I decided to start at beginner and work my way through all the work outs , so far so good ! Loving the app so far , cant wait to see some results and some other workouts
Useful app. Thanks to this my ass and legs have been slim. Ill continue to work out with this app.

Some bad moments

I really enjoy this challenge app. I like that it has multiple levels. I also like that it doesnt just continuously go up in reps. Great challenge app!
Definitely a challenge even in the beginners level. How we it is annoying to be asked to write a review every time you open the app and its annoying to have to select your level every time. Once youve begun a challenge you should be taken directly to your current challenge.
However it would be nice to go directly to my level where I left off and to not be asked to write a review every time I open.
I love this app. Helps keep me in shape without having to constantly go to the gym. Love that it has reminders too!
I originally gave this a 5 star rating. Changed it to a two because it constantly asks me to review this app after already having done so.
Its easy to use and fun as well. Keeps me motivated to keep going.
